Founder Story 

I didn’t discover a method.
I noticed a moment no one was talking about.

There was a point where I could see my patterns clearly…

and still couldn’t stop them.

I understood them.
I could explain them.
I had done the work.

But in the moment—
nothing changed.

That’s when I realized:

It wasn’t a thinking problem.
And it wasn’t a lack of awareness.

My body had already shifted
before I had the chance to choose differently.

And that moment—
just before the reaction—
was where everything was actually being decided.

No one was talking about it.

So I started paying attention to it.

Not the story.
Not the past.
Not the explanation.

Just the shift.

The scanning.
The subtle change in state
that happens right before the reaction.

And when I learned how to catch it there—
before the pattern fully took over—
something new became possible.

Not force.
Not control.
Not fixing.

A real interruption—
at the exact point the pattern begins.
